The execution (XQ)

During the coaching procedure, the leaders learn to actually apply the acquired insights, knowledge and skills in practice and connect them with each other. It is interesting to gain new insights, but without the applicability in real life, the added value is minimal. During this process, we search for practical manners, we look for good and bad practices outside our own environment and we start working with insights and knowledge in our own procedure and environment.
