Autonomy: the extent to which the person in question, is independent, able to rely on own judgements and takes the opportunity to determine their own direction and goals.
Self-interest: the extent to which the person in question, is able to achieve tangible successes and is acknowledged for the tangible successes, as well, is able to increase his or her market value.
Strength: the extent to which the person in question, is able to examine experiences successfully thereby maximally utilizing his or her own strong points and the strong points from others.
